SOME CAUSES OF THE OCCURRENCE OF HEMORRHOIDS:
As you now know about the symptoms, you will be eager to know the reasons why this throbbing problem occurs. Below the reasons are given in brief:
- In my point of view, first reason is excessive pressure in the rectal and anal veins. It is for the straining in the bowel movement. Straining puts pressure on the rectum and causes blood to engorge and swell around the anal veins. For this reason the anal or rectum veins enlarges and then hemorrhoids form.
- At the time of pregnancy hemorrhoids can form.
- Anal intercourse can be a reason.
- Inadequate exercise and heavy lifting.
- Weight gain is one of the major reasons of hemorrhoids.
- Lack of healthy diet.
